測量系統(tǒng)控制模式介紹
測試流程需要實(shí)現(xiàn)以下功能(類似電芯測試CC+CV模式,Step Charge模式):
不同加載壓力速率到目標(biāo)壓力,目標(biāo)壓力保持一定時間, 直到電阻變化率小于0.01mΩ/s,完成測試;
比如:0.1t/s Constant Force rate(CFR) to 0.3t, Constant Force(CF) to 0.01mΩ/s, 采樣頻率0.2S。
G2:只能出廠默認(rèn)的加載速率進(jìn)行、G2A, G2R, G3, Magic 3R等可進(jìn)行加載速率調(diào)節(jié)。
