Ⅰ INSTRUCTION

• The digital illuminance  meter is a precision instrument used to measure illuminance (Lux, footcandle) in the field.
• It is meet CIE photopic spectral response.
• It is fully cosine corrected for the angular incidence of light.
• The illuminance meter is compact, tough and easy to handle owing to its construction.
• The light sensitive component used in the meter is a very stable, long-life silicon photo diode and spectral response filter.

此多功能數(shù)字式光度計(jì)小巧結(jié)實(shí)，且結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單易于操作使用，是用于測(cè)光度（勒克斯/尺燭光）的理想儀器。探測(cè)頭是由一種非常穩(wěn)定，耐久的硅光敏二極管和光譜響應(yīng)過(guò)濾器組成，可對(duì)不同角度的輸入光有進(jìn)行充分的補(bǔ)償和校正作用。

1. Power Control key:  The power switch key turns the illuminance meter ON or OFF.

    Power Control鍵；電源“開(kāi)”或“關(guān)”按鍵

1. LCD Display: 3-3/4 digit displays with a maximum reading of 3999,and the indicating signs of measured values, unit function symbols and decimal points etc are display.

LCD顯示屏:zui大讀數(shù)為3999 的3-3/4的數(shù)字顯示，并顯示測(cè)量值和指示單位符號(hào)，小數(shù)點(diǎn)等等。

1. UNITS key: Pressing this key selects taking

 measurement of illuminance in Lux or  FC scale(1FC =10.76 LUX).

1. BACK-LIGHT and LOAD control key: Back light control  and  load the records.

    BACK-LIGHT鍵和數(shù)據(jù)記載控制鍵：背光顯示按鍵和記載數(shù)據(jù)

1. REC and SET key:  memory the values or set the time , the sampling rate, and Enable the AUTO power off or ont.
2. Peak Hold key: Peak Hold recorder control key.

    Peak Hold鍵：峰值保持記錄按鍵

1. Data-Hold key: Data Hold control key.

    Data-Hold鍵： 數(shù)字保持按鍵

1. RANGE key: change the range. 400.0lux -> 4000lux ->40,000lux ->400,000lux(40.00FC ->400.0FC ->4000FC ->40,000FC).

RANGE key:選擇量程400.0lux -> 4000lux ->40,000lux ->400,000lux(40.00FC ->400.0FC ->4000FC ->40,000FC).

1. MAX/MIN key: Maximum and minimum reading recorder control key.

    MAX / MIN 鍵：zui大值/zui小值選擇鍵

Ⅴ OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Power-up: Press the power key to turn the meter ON or OFF.

按能量開(kāi)關(guān)可開(kāi)啟和關(guān)閉光度計(jì)。

1. Selecting the Lux or FC scale: Set the range selection switch to desired Lux or FC range.

選擇Lux 或 FC單位： 移動(dòng)量程開(kāi)關(guān)可以轉(zhuǎn)換Lux 或 FC單位

1. Remove the photo detector cap and face it light source in a horizontal position.

移動(dòng)光度探頭蓋將其水平對(duì)準(zhǔn)光源

1. Press  the REC/SET key and RANGE/APO key, Enable the AUTO power off or Disable this function.

按REC/SET鍵和RANGE/APO鍵可以啟動(dòng)和關(guān)閉自動(dòng)關(guān)機(jī)功能

1. Read the illuminance nominal from the LCD display.

從LCD顯示屏可讀取名義測(cè)量讀數(shù)。

1. Over range: If the instrument only displays “OL”, the input signal is too strong, and a higher range should be selected. The range will show on the down of the LCD,

LUX :400 -> 4K -> 40k -> 400k; FC: 40 -> 400-> 4k -> 40k.

超量程：如果儀表僅顯示“OL”,表明輸入信號(hào)太強(qiáng)，應(yīng)選擇更高量程。量程范圍將顯示在LCD顯示屏下房。

LUX :400 -> 4K -> 40k -> 400k; FC: 40 -> 400-> 4k -> 40k.

1. Data-Hold mode: Press the hold key to select Data-Hold mode. When HOLD mode is selected, the illuminance meter stops all further measurements. Press the HOLD key again to exit Data-Hold mode. Then it resumes normal operation.

數(shù)據(jù)保持功能：按HOLD鍵選擇數(shù)據(jù)保持功能。當(dāng)選擇HOLD功能時(shí)，光度計(jì)將停止繼續(xù)測(cè)量，再按HOLD鍵則推出數(shù)據(jù)保持功能，光度計(jì)將重新恢復(fù)正常操作。

1. Peak-Hold  mode: Press the PEAK key  to choose Pmax or Pmin recorder mode, and expose the photo detector to light pulse measuring field. Press the PEAK key again to exit PEAK recorder mode, then the meter will resume normal operation.

峰值保持功能：按PEAK鍵選擇zui大值z(mì)ui小值記錄功能，然后將光度探頭對(duì)準(zhǔn)光度脈沖信號(hào)測(cè)量。重按PEAK鍵推出峰值保持功能，光度計(jì)將重新恢復(fù)正常操作。

1. Maximum and Minimum mode: Press MAX/MIN key to choose the Maximum (MAX) reading, Minimum (MIN) reading and current reading (MAX/MIN blink) recorder mode. Press MAX/MIN key again to exit this mode.

zui大值和zui小值功能：按MAX/MIN鍵選擇zui大讀數(shù)功能、zui小讀數(shù)功能和當(dāng)前zui大zui小讀數(shù)功能。重新按MAX/MIN鍵推出功能。

1. Relative reading mode: Press REL key to enter Relative mode. The display shown zero value and the current reading will be stored as a zero-in value. Press again to exit this mode.
2. USB mode: connect with pc with USB ,the “” will displays  in  the screen.

USB功能：與電腦USB接口連接，屏幕上會(huì)顯示“”標(biāo)記。

1. Back-light  function:  Press the Backlight key to turn on. Press again to turn off.

背光功能：按Backlight鍵啟動(dòng)功能鍵，重新按則退出。

1. When the measurement is completed, replace the photo detector cap and turn the meter off.

當(dāng)所有測(cè)量完畢之后，則將廣度探頭復(fù)位，關(guān)閉光度計(jì)。

1. Setup time and sampling rate:

Press the MEM/SETUP and UNITS key  start  to setup the time and sampling . The  first  setup target is

The hour

Press key”PEAK or REL “ to choose the object of the setting

Press “REL” key to choose object to repeat as below process: Hour->minter->second-> sampling-> month -> day ->week -> year ->hour …….

Press PEAK key to choose the object and repeat as below process:

Hour ->year ->week -> day -> month ->sampling ->second ->minter ->hour -.>year ……..

Press MAX/MIN key to add object of setting

Press HOLD key to reduce the object of seting

Hold key of MEM/SETUP and UNITS to exit the setting time and sampling mode, and then confirm .

設(shè)置時(shí)間和取樣率：按MEM/SETUP鍵和UNITS鍵設(shè)置時(shí)間和取樣率。*個(gè)目標(biāo)是小時(shí)。

按“REL”鍵選擇目標(biāo)由以下順序重新設(shè)置：時(shí)->分->秒->取樣率->月->天->周->年->時(shí)。。。。。。

按PEAK  鍵選擇目標(biāo)按以下順序重新設(shè)置：時(shí)->年->周->天->月->取樣率->秒->分->時(shí)->年。。。。。。

按MAX/MIN鍵增加目標(biāo)設(shè)置

按HOLD鍵減少目標(biāo)設(shè)置

控制MEM/SETUP鍵和 UNITS鍵退出時(shí)間和取樣率設(shè)置功能，則設(shè)置成功。

1. MEM function:

Press key of MEM/SET to save the present data.

HOLD key of LOAD 5s start to load the records

Press key of MAX/MIN to add the number of records.

Press key of HOLD to reduce the number of records.

After you do that you must hold  the key of LOAD 5s to resume normal operation .

MEM功能：

按MEM/SET可保存當(dāng)前值。持續(xù)按住此間5秒開(kāi)始保存數(shù)據(jù)。按MAX/MIN可增加保存數(shù)量，按HOLD可減少保存數(shù)量。完成此操作后要按住HOLD5秒使儀表重新恢復(fù)正常操作。

1. DATALOGGER  function:

SETUP the time and sampling rate first, the default sampling rate is 1s.

Hold the key of MEM/SETUP 5s, start the datalogger function, the MEM on the screen will be bicker. If the memory IC is full , the memory  number will show ‘OL’.

Press the key of MEM/SETUP 5s , stop the datalogger function , then the meter will resume normal operation.

Then the datalogger number will return to 1, you could start your records again.

DATALOGGER功能：設(shè)置時(shí)間和取樣率之后，默認(rèn)的取樣率是1秒

持續(xù)按住MEM/SETUP鍵5秒，啟動(dòng)DATALOGGER功能，屏幕上將有MEM閃動(dòng)。如果電路集成器記錄已滿，記錄數(shù)字將顯示‘OL’。持續(xù)按住MEM/SETUP鍵5秒結(jié)束DATALOGGER功能，然后光度計(jì)將恢復(fù)正常操作。

1. HOLD the key of MEM/SETUP and LOAD 5s to clear the 99 memory .

持續(xù)按住MEM/SETUP鍵和 LOAD鍵5秒清除99個(gè)記憶數(shù)據(jù)。

Ⅵ BATTERY CHECK-UP & REPLACEMENT

檢查電池和換電池

1. As the battery power is not sufficient, LCD will display low battery, and replacement of one new battery is required.

    如果電池點(diǎn)電量不足的話，LCD就會(huì)顯示低電量，就必須換新電池

1. After turning off the meter, disconnect the battery cover with a screwier.

    關(guān)機(jī)后，用螺旋把電池取下。

1. Disconnect the battery from the instrument and replace it with a standard 9V battery and go for the cover.

    把電池從表上取下后，換上一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的新9V電池并蓋好蓋子

Ⅶ SPECTRAL SENSITIVITY CHARACTERISTIC

光敏特性

• To the detector, the applied photo diode with filters makes the spectral sensitivity characteristic almost meet C.I.E.(INTERNATIONAL COMMISSION ON ILLUMINATION)  Photo curve V (λ) as the following chart described.
• 對(duì)這個(gè)光度探測(cè)器，使用過(guò)濾器的照片二極管使得它特別的敏感，滿足C.I.E（照明委員會(huì)）的要求，適應(yīng)如下圖描述的光的曲線

Ⅷ MAINTENANCE

維修

1. The white plastic disc on the top of the detector should be cleaned with a damp cloth when necessary.

 需要時(shí)，探測(cè)儀上面的白色塑膠圓盤(pán)應(yīng)該用濕布清洗。

1. Do not store the instrument where temperature or humidity is excessively high.

    不要存放在溫度或者濕度太高的地方

1. The reference level, as marker on the face plate, is the tip of the photo detector globe.

    參考水平，面板上的標(biāo)記就是光度探頭的提示。

1. The calibration interval for the photo detector will vary according to operational conditions, but generally the sensitivity decreases in direct proportion to the product of luminous intensity by the operational time. In order to maintain the basic accuracy of the instrument, periodic calibration is recommended.

    根據(jù)運(yùn)行條件的不同，探測(cè)儀的調(diào)試間隔也不同，但一般地，為了保證儀器的基本度，建議進(jìn)行周期性地調(diào)試。

Connection

1, Switch the light meter on

   打開(kāi)光度計(jì)開(kāi)關(guān)

2, Plug the other end of the connecting cable to serial interface of the PC (USB).

將數(shù)據(jù)線的另一頭USB接口與電腦連接

3, Plug the USB line connecting cable 13.6mm jack plug into the meter socket

5, Start the light meter software.

   啟動(dòng)光度計(jì)軟件

6, Selecting the COM port 3. note select the 4 COM.

(Note:  you should better switch the light meter on before you plug the USB line connecting cable 13.6mm jack plug into the meter)

Installing the software

軟件安裝

• Stare windows
• 啟動(dòng)windows
• Close any applications possibly open before installing the “CEM.LINK” software.
• 在安裝“CEM.LINK”之前關(guān)閉任何可能開(kāi)著的其它軟件
• Insert the CD into the CD-drive.
• 將CD放入驅(qū)動(dòng)里面
• Enter x:\setup in the command line and press OK.
• 進(jìn)入具體的安裝步驟，電擊OK進(jìn)行安裝。

The files setup.exe and the help file will be copied onto the hard disk (selected path: c:\program files\ Lightmeter). x is the drive-letter of your CD-drive ,e.g. ”g”.

• Now follow the installation program instructions.

• 按照安裝程序指令進(jìn)行操作

• Once the software is installed, switch on the meter.

• 軟件安裝好后連接光度計(jì)

• Start the software.

• 啟動(dòng)軟件

• Selected the COM port 3. note is 4.
• If the connection is in order, the following display will be seen on the screen.

• 如果連接狀況良好，屏幕上將顯示下一步操作。

• If the connection is not in order, the message “NO CONNECTION” appears on the screen.

• 如果連接狀況不良好，屏幕上將顯示“NO CONNECTION”
