這個是和它配合使用的一個控制器,控制器可以顯示轉速,正反轉切換、暫停運行切換、轉速調節、電機運行的轉速范圍是0-10000rpm,還有一些其他的配件,如油膜渦動的軸承座,可以開展油膜渦動及油膜震蕩試驗,這是油膜渦動的配套的柔性軸,轉子盤卡套鎖緊的特殊扳手,內六角扳手、配重螺栓、控制箱保險絲、聯軸器、緊固螺栓所組成。

把電纜插頭插到插座上后,打開紅色的電源開關,這時候控制器上的儀表就會有顯示,就會顯示當前的轉速,首先按下運行按鈕,手動旋轉轉速調節旋鈕,電機此時就會啟動,此時電機轉速發聵在轉速表上。我們逐漸的調高轉速,三跨轉子的臨界轉速在5000pm附近,隨著轉速的上升,我們明顯能夠感受到振動的加劇,過了臨界轉速后,振動和噪聲反而逐漸減小, 現在我們將轉速減小,讓它再過一次臨界轉速,隨著轉速的下降,振動和噪聲逐漸加劇,當實驗臺運行在一階臨界轉速下,振動很小,噪聲也很小,運行平順。
如果我們把試驗運行在目標轉速后,然后按下停止按鈕,此時實驗臺會自動停機,然后再按下,它就會運行到目標轉速、就可以開展實驗臺啟停機實驗。

This is a controller used in conjunction with it. The controller can display the speed, switch between forward and reverse rotation, pause operation, adjust the speed, and the speed range of the motor is 0-10000rpm. There are also some other accessories, such as the bearing seat for oil film vortex, which can conduct oil film vortex and oil film oscillation tests. This is a flexible shaft that matches the oil film vortex, a special wrench for locking the rotor disc sleeve, an Allen wrench, a counterweight bolt, a control box fuse, a coupling, and fastening bolts.
Now let's start the experimental platform to demonstrate to everyone. The types of sensors that can be configured on this platform include piezoelectric ICP acceleration vibration sensors, non-contact eddy current displacement sensors, and commonly used types of sensors.
After inserting the cable plug into the socket, turn on the red power switch. At this time, the instrument on the controller will display the current speed. First, press the run button and manually rotate the speed adjustment knob. The motor will start at this time, and the motor speed will sound on the tachometer. We gradually increased the speed, and the critical speed of the three span rotor was around 5000pm. As the speed increased, we could clearly feel the intensification of vibration. After passing the critical speed, the vibration and noise gradually decreased. Now we reduce the speed and let it pass the critical speed again. As the speed decreases, the vibration and noise gradually intensify. When the experimental bench runs at the first critical speed, the vibration and noise are very small, and the operation is smooth.
If we run the experiment at the target speed and then press the stop button, the test bench will automatically stop. Then press it again, it will run to the target speed, and the test bench start stop experiment can be carried out.
