The (HRP Polymer) immunohistochemistry kit (Mouse) is a highly sensitive kit. The peroxidase is linked to the secondary antibody using aggregation labeling method to form a supermolecular antibody enzyme polymer, replacing the traditional methods of secondary and tertiary antibodies. This polymer has strong signal amplification ability and strong tissue cell permeability, making it particularly suitable for immunohistochemical applications. This series of detection reagents has the characteristics of simplicity, speed, high sensitivity, and low background compared to traditional three-step methods.
