cGMP是一類環化核苷酸。英文全稱cyclic guanosine monophosphate，中文名環磷酸鳥苷，cGMP是一種具有細胞內信息傳遞作用的第二信使（second messenger），可被G蛋白偶聯受體（G-protein linked receptor）激活的蛋白激酶（protein kinases ）活化，進而將胞外信號轉導至細胞核。
