產(chǎn)品活性：Nemorubicin (Methoxymorpholinyl doxorubicin) GMP 是 GMP 級(jí)別的 Nemorubicin (HY-15794)。Nemorubicin 是一種具有有效抗腫瘤活性的 Doxorubicin 衍生物。Nemorubicin 對(duì)多藥耐藥表型的多種腫瘤細(xì)胞系具有細(xì)胞毒性。 Nemorubicin 不僅插入到雙鏈 DNA 中，而且產(chǎn)生 G-四聯(lián)體 G-quadruplex 重要的配體，使其結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定。 Nemorubicin 需要完整的核苷酸切除修復(fù)系統(tǒng)才能發(fā)揮其活性。
