The most compact unit, including a 28 l powder feeder. It is assembled on a handy stand easy to move, set in place and store when not in use.
The HI-TECH EPS electrostatic powder coating equipment has been designed to make available to an ever increasing number of users this modern and ecological coating system, breaking the high cost and big sizes barrier. The different versions of the HI - TECH EPS equipment have in common a simple and reliable electronic which - thanks to the exclusive coaxial generator fitted in the gun it self - charges the coating powder at its best. The wrap - around and the penetration into the shielded zones obtained by this performant equipment are really astonishing. The HI - TECH EPS is fed by 220 or 110 V 50 or 60 Hz mains and the high voltage generated within the gun reaches 80 KV. The set value is kept constant at any powder spraying rate, optimizing the coating job. A wide selection of interchangeable mushroom or fan nozzles can be fitted on the projection head. They are the result of our more than 25 years long experience in powder coating. The light and strong HI - TECH EPS gun and its associated apparatusare built and certified by PTB in compliance with the EC Standard EN 50050:2006 for 2mJ energy level. The current output is self limited at 70 microA for maximum working safety. For both the 28 l and the 65 l powder feeder are available spare blind cover containers for the quick turnover of different colours powders. The time and powder losses to clean the powder feeder are so minimized. The attractive prices of the different models of the HI - TECH EPS equipment and its accessories suggest its use at any production rate from continuous conveyorized coating in line to touch-up work and to laboratory tests, without impairing the efficiency and reliability of the equipment.

In the HYDRODYN equipment an airless or hot airless pump pushes the paint through a special nozzle. A low speed finely atomized paint fan is obtained, which is attracted by the intense electrical charge upon the surface to be coated, with remarkable wrap around effect and sharply reduced overspray. Thanks to the choice of three different sets of nozzles it is possible to take full advantage of the use of the HYDRODYN gun not only spraying large surfaces, but also spraying medium and small surface articles made of both metal and wood. When a hot-airless equipment is used to feed the paint to the HYDRODYN gun, a still improved efficiency, higher savings and a better finish are obtained. The HYDRODYN gun grants to the user three main savings:
| - | Paint saving: up to 70% compared to conventional spraying and up to 35% compared to airless spraying. |
| - | Manpower saving: due to maximum working speed which by far exceeds any other spraying device. |
| - | Energy saving: a HYDRODYIN equipment needs about one fourth of the power needed by a conventional airspray gun with the same paint output. |
Due to the minimum overspray, it is possible to paint within the workshop, often without any special spray booth and the use of the HYDRODYN equipment on conveyorised mass production lines is strongly recommended due to its high efficiency. A service kit and an instruction manual is supplied together with the equipment. . The light and strong HYDRODYN gun and its associated are built and certified in compliance with the Standards CEI EN 60079-0:2006 ; CEI EN 50050:2007; UNI EN 1127-1:2007. The HYDRODYN gun is mostly used in the painting of: metal works; machine tools; agricultural and earth moving machines; metal furniture; scaffoldings; heating and air conditioning equipments; industrial car bodies; motorcycles and bykes; woodworking jobs like chairs, doors and window frames; suitehangers and wooden profiles of any kind.

The ELETTROSPRAY automatic equipment satisfies the needs of a wide number of industrial users to mass coat the most different parts, following the relevant safety standards. This equipment is made using basic standard components, some of which are illustrated above, or expressely designed machines to solve the most difficult problems. The range of parts to be automatically painted extends from zippers runners to naval containers; from metal to wooden and plastic parts. The coating materials range includes conventional solvent paints, two components paints, water soluble paints, powder coatings.
To cope with the always increasing quality, economy and ecology requirements, an always wider range of electronic and informatic devices are used, e. g. photoelectronic parts reading devices, PLCs, PCs and printers. Working conditions monitoring devices range from simple signal lamps, to colour monitors, according to the different users needs. The liquid or powder coating materials feeding units range from the small double membrane pump to the big paint mixing and circulating station, feeding different colour paints to the different user points and to the fast colour change devices. As far as safety, economy and ease of use are concerned these units are a necessary complement to any ELETTROSPRAY automatic equipment. Our test room is fully equipped to run practical tests on customer parts.
Flock-Tech is the answer from Ravarini Castoldi & C. to deal with the flock manual or automatic application for many types of items. The spraying unit clever construction and the flock feeding dedicated system grant a fast and uniform flocking. Strong and light, the spraying unit generates up to 80 kV within its body. The fully electronic HI-TECH generator is simple and reliable with a voltage range output form 30 to 80 kV. The current output is self limited at 70 µA for maximum work safety. The wrap around and the penetration into the shielded zone obtained by this performant equipment are really astonishing.
