DESCRIPTION: 

The ESW? - Small-Compact / Ex (hol660) used for permanent machine monitoring.
Undesired vibrations that occur owing to mechanical defects or imbalances in the machine being monitored are detected early. With the help of the two alarm relay warning devices can be addressed. Thanks to this early detection, increased wear is avoided with the associated costs and extend the life. Production downtimes arereduced, resulting in a higher planning security is guaranteed.
The integrated sensor, the high-quality housing and simple installation and operation of the ESW? - Small-Compact / Ex (hol660) high reliability is ensured.
Other features include the adjustable measurement range, the switchable analog output, which can be used to set the alarm limits, and the self-test function.
Optionally can be activated for one of the two relay alarm memory.
The device is approved under atmospheric conditions or flammable dusts for use in gas-air mixtures according to the ATEX Directive 94/9 EC.

DESCRIPTION: 

The ESW? -Mini-C is used for permanent machine monitoring and corresponds at this technical execution to performance level PL-c.

Unwanted vibrations,which occur through mechanical defects or imbalances, are detected at the monitored machines in time. Using the alarm relay,warning devices can be adressed.Thanks to the early detection, a rising wear and the associated costs is avoided and the life time is prolonged. Also production losses are reduced,whereby a higher planning security is guranteed. 

Through the integrated sensor, a stabil Die-cast aluminum housing and the easy installation and handling of the ESW? -Mini-C, high reliability is guaranteed. The device can be manufactured with an analog output, which behaves proportional to the measurement range.

DESCRIPTION: 

The level limit switch Niveau-Control is used to protect machines and equipment from the consequences of impermissible filled levels. It continuously monitors the level of the medium and upon the limiting values being exceeded or undershot, triggers an alarm.

Depending on the model, the watertight instrument has a working temperature range of -40°C to +120°C. All cabling work can be conveniently carried out in the installed state, since the Niveau-Control is connected from the upper side with a plug. Alternatively, the instrument can also be supplied with a sized cable. Also a potential free version is available.

Thanks to the simple construction, the robust shape and the ease of commissioning, a broad area of application becomes possible, and a high reliability is ensured.

Other features are the short-circuit resistant alarm output with reverse polarity protection, a test input for function testing of the entire electronics in the instrument and the self-sealing brass thread, with which the device can be e.g. directly screwed into an engine block.
