粗纖維測定儀產(chǎn)品說明:
Jipad品牌粗纖維測定儀是依據(jù)目前常用的酸堿消煮法消煮樣品，并進(jìn)行重量測定來得到試樣的粗纖維含量的儀器。粗纖維測定儀采用濃度準(zhǔn)確的酸和堿，在特定條件下消煮樣品，再用乙醇除去可溶物質(zhì)，經(jīng)高溫灼燒后扣除礦物質(zhì)的量，所含量稱粗纖維。粗纖維測定儀不是一個(gè)確切的化學(xué)實(shí)體，只是在*強(qiáng)制規(guī)定的條件下測出的概略成份，其中以纖維素為主，還有少量半纖維素和木質(zhì)素。

Determination of crude fibre in instrument product description:
The Jipad brand of crude fiber measurement instrument is based on the current commonly used acid digestion method digesting sample, instrument and determination of weight to get the crude fiber content of the specimen. Measuring instrument using acid and alkali concentration accurate coarse fiber, under certain conditions, digestion samples, and then remove the ethanol soluble substances, by high temperature burning after deducting the amount of minerals, the content of crude fiber. The instrument is not an exact chemical entities for determination of crude fiber, just briefly components were detected in the recognized the mandatory provisions of the conditions, of which there is a small amount of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin.
