Reversed-Phase and Weak Cation-Exchange on a Single Column

The Acclaim^® Mixed-Mode WCX-1 is a novel, high-efficiency, silica-based column, manufactured by bonding a specially designed proprietary ligand with both hydrophobic and weak cation-exchange properties. Selectivity of ionizable and neutral compounds can be controlled independently or simultaneously by tuning phase ionic strength, pH or organic modifier.
