The explosion proof temperature controller complies with the requirements specified in G83836.2 … 2000. The explosion proof mark is Exd II BT4.The temperature controller is used combined with electric heating cable in Zone 1, 2,Grade II. It is applied to controlling temperature automatically of pipes or tanks.
The temperature sensor in temperature controller feels the temperature 0fthe controlled media increases, the liquid in the tensor swells. When the temperature 0fthe media exceeds the set point, the connecting point will separate, and then the power will be switched off and the heating stopped, And then the temperature decline slowly,ifbelow the set point, the connecting point will connect again and power connection is recovered,
溫控器安裝時感溫包只能水平安裝和垂直向下安裝，否則會出現溫度不穩定現象。
When installing temperature controller,temperature sensor shall be put horizontally and vertically,Otherwise the temperature is unstable
