華宇凈化談談FFU風機過濾單元的維護保養
對FFU風機過濾單元進行適當的維護保養可以提高FFU風機過濾單元的壽命，對企業節省一定的費用。
一、根據環境的潔凈度，FFU風機過濾單元更換過濾器（初效一般為1-6個月，一般為6-12個月,過濾器不可清洗）。
二、定期（一般每兩個月一次）用塵埃粒子計數器測定用本產品實施凈化的潔凈區域的潔凈度，當實測的潔凈度與要求的潔凈度不符時，應查明原因（是否有泄漏、過濾器是否有失效等），若過濾器已失效，則應更換新的過濾器。
三、更換過濾器及初效過濾器時應停機進行。
四、FFU風機過濾單元更換過濾器時應注意以下事項：
1、FFU機過濾單元更換過濾器時應特別注意拆箱、搬運及安裝取用時確保濾紙完整無損，禁止用手觸及濾紙造成破損。
2、FFU安裝前，將新的過濾器對著亮處，以肉眼觀察過濾器是否因運輸等原因而出現破損，如濾紙有漏洞則不能使用。
3、FFU更換過濾器時應首先將箱體抬起，然后將失效的過濾器取出，換上新的過濾器（注意過濾器的氣流箭頭標志應與凈化單元出風氣流方向一致），確保邊框密封后將箱蓋回原位。

（3）Head to replace hepa filter should be the first to raise box body, and then the failure of high efficiency filter, change into a new high efficiency filter (note that the flow arrow symbol of hepa filter shall be the purification unit of blast in the same direction), to ensure that the border will cover back in place after the seal.
