微機控制電子*試驗機采用*設計理念，外形美觀、操作方便、性能穩定可靠。計算機通過我公司研制的全數字控制系統（PCI卡、、直接控制交流伺服調速系統及交流伺服電機轉動，交流伺服電機轉速經減速系統減速后傳遞給精密滾珠絲杠副實現橫梁上升、下降、試驗等動作，完成試樣的拉伸、壓縮等力學性能試驗。

試驗機專業軟件實現自動求取彈性模量、屈服強度、抗拉強度、斷裂強度、試樣延伸率、減震系統的剛度、定力求變形、定變形求力等數據和指標，可滿足恒位移、恒應力、恒變形的閉環控制方式、試驗過程可標準要求編程控制。計算機控制系統對試驗過程的控制和數據處理符合相應金屬材料與非金屬材料國家標準的要求、試驗報告多樣化如WORD、EXECEL等方式。
