四．熔體流動速率測定儀主要用途及功能：

熔融指數儀符合GB/T3682-2000的標準要求，熔融指數儀主要參數同時也滿足ISO1133、ASTM1238標準要求可用于對可用于聚乙烯、聚炳烯、聚苯乙烯、ＡＢＳ、聚酰胺、纖維樹脂、丙烯酸酯、聚甲醛、氟塑料、聚碳酸脂等多種塑料材料的熔體質量流動速率（MFR）或熔體體積流動速率（MVR）來進行測定；采用進口雙顯智能化控溫儀表，控溫精度穩定。

熔融指數儀由微處理器按標準試驗流程進行程序化設定，升溫速度快、恒溫精度高；在填料之后，能迅速恢復恒溫狀態。中文顯示，自動計時，自動切料，自動打印等多種功能。

五．熔體流動速率測定儀主要特點

1、加熱體元件已經淘汰同類產品采用的普通電加熱絲的方式，而采用稀有合金材料鎳鉻金屬壓鑄而成，具有長時間高溫狀態燒不壞的使用特點．

2、即可以做質量法試驗又可以做體積法試驗。根據用戶要求，另配體積法（Ｂ法）位移檢測裝置一套．

3、配有無線遙控開關電源裝置可以遠程操作實驗主機的啟停。

4、該儀器由微機控制。

5、自動計時，自動切料，自動計算熔融指數,自動打印試驗數據等多種功能.（可根據用戶特殊要求配英文操作方法）。
