Zr-Nanoxide ZT/SP是一種可印刷的二氧化鋯納米顆粒漿料，專用于鈣鈦礦疊層太陽能電池中絕緣層的沉積。

該材料經500℃燒結后，氧化物顆粒會形成介孔涂層，使得下層結構能夠充分滲透鈣鈦礦材料。由于采用納米顆粒成分，所得氧化鋯層可薄至微米級，在確保電絕緣性能的同時，不會影響器件的輕薄特性和電荷提取效率。

Zr-Nanoxide ZT/SP適用于絲網印刷或狹縫涂布（刮刀涂布）工藝。采用絲網印刷時，建議使用90-48目（90線/厘米，線徑48微米）的網版進行涂布。
