1、手動裝上傳動軸整軸進行疲勞強度測試，手動卸下整軸。

Install the driveshaft manually, proceed the test, uninstall the driveshaft manually

測量疲勞極限和耐久極限。

Measure fatigue limit and endurance limit

軸溫度超過60度將進行冷卻，由載荷決定試驗終止，通過頻率下降或轉角增加終止試驗。

Cooling is needed when temperature of driveshaft is over 60?C, judging by frequency dropping or rotating angle increasing to end the test.

試驗載荷按圖紙要求。

*1.4、可以測量瞬時強度，震蕩頻率為0.3HZ.

Measure instantaneous strength, vibration frequency is 0.3Hz

*1.5、自動記錄斷裂前的循環次數。

2.3移動端傾斜角10度，固定端傾斜角40度下進行試驗。

3動態測試

*3.1力矩MT按圖紙要求。

3.2移動端傾斜角7度，固定端傾斜角7度。

*3.3 頻率0-10HZ.

Frequency of 0~10Hz

*3.4 兩端擺角范圍±50度。

Swing angle range of both ends: ±50?

*3.5扭矩范圍±8000NM；測量精度±1%。

Torque range: ±8000Nm with ±1% accuracy.

*3.6對應2HZ，±45度擺角；對應5HZ，±15度擺角

4、操作手冊、使用說明書、維修、保養說明書、電器、機械結構原理圖、易損件清單、夾具圖、故障排查清單，各種件的加工程序（磁盤，可在PC機上編輯）

5、以驗收8 05 98 39 004和8 06 97 29 023/8 06 98 29 024為主。測試臺大小應能測量8 58 97 29 061。

Test stand should be big enough for Part 8 58 97 29 061, use Part 8 05 98 39 004 and Part 8 06 97 29 023/8 06 98 29 024 for pre-acceptance and finial acceptance test.

*6、具有自動反饋和記錄功能。兩端應有可換夾具進行測試不同整軸

*7、法蘭盤端面距離應在300-1000范圍內；

Distance between two end flanges: 300~1000mm

8、移動滑臺采用自動方式（單獨報價）。

*9、VL節zui大外徑為130MM，鐘形殼zui大長度260MM。

Maximum diameter of VL shaft end: 130mm, maximum length of campaniform shell: 260mm

*10、屏幕上輸入程序，可自動記錄并打印出結果。
