基底材料的拓撲形貌是影響細胞行為的重要因素之一,細胞與微納米結(jié)構(gòu)圖案表面相互作用研究在細胞生物學(xué)、再生醫(yī)學(xué)和組織工程領(lǐng)域具有重要的意義。材料表面微納米圖案化不但可以提供結(jié)構(gòu)模版,用以研究細胞對生長環(huán)境的響應(yīng)特性,而且可以為組織再生用支架和植入性器件的設(shè)計提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。

實驗結(jié)果顯示,細胞會根據(jù)材料基底表面的圖案結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生相應(yīng)的形變,而且這種形變響應(yīng)與圖案幾何形狀、尺寸,細胞伸展和基底表面的黏附蛋白濃度有關(guān)。在一定范圍內(nèi),圖案越大、越深,細胞形變越大；細胞伸展面積越大,形變越小：黏附蛋白可以促進細胞伸展,從而使細胞形變減小.微米坑圖案能夠明顯促進細胞在材料表面的黏附；微米溝槽圖案 則對細胞具有接觸誘導(dǎo)效應(yīng),可以誘導(dǎo)細胞響應(yīng)所生長的微納米溝槽結(jié)構(gòu)進行骨架重排,從而引起細胞取向行為變化.

CYTOOPLATE?細胞微圖案微孔培養(yǎng)板是一個高清晰度的低熒光硼硅玻璃底細胞光刻微圖案， CYTOOChips細胞微圖案芯片

可以控制細胞粘附性狀、大小、細胞培養(yǎng)分化等，研究細胞取，這種方法可以得到穩(wěn)定的具有顯著細胞黏附反差的 "微圖案化表面. 利用該圖案化表面技術(shù)引導(dǎo)細胞黏附后的取向，先在細胞無法貼附的Cytophobic 涂料處理，再以光蝕刻 "的技術(shù)，精準地留下特定的幾何形狀，并在這樣的幾形狀上涂上特定的細胞間質(zhì)蛋白(extracellular " matrix , ECM, such as fibronecin, collgene, Laminin, ect…) 。這樣的細胞培養(yǎng)工具借由精準的控制細胞貼附的型式，提供了體外培養(yǎng)細胞結(jié)構(gòu) 上的引導(dǎo)，使細胞表現(xiàn)出更接近體內(nèi)生理的表型及框架，這樣的工具可以:
